The chart below shows particular moon phase dates with hours recommended for hair care treatment and hours to avoid according to the traditional astrological lore with

The peculiar occurrence of the void of course moon is generally noted as v/c on the astrology calendars. A void of course moon means that the moon has finished its location in one sign and has not yet entered the next sign. It can last from a few short minutes to several days.

Astrologers agree that it is best to avoid important appointments, decisions, and activities while a moon is void of course. A hair appointment rates at the top of the list as a priority event for many folks because of its relationship to emotional well-being, professional success, or personal self-esteem. For others it may not be an issue at all.

I like to keep a little buffer time before and after a void of course. This time is included in the recommendation.
